The Knowledge explosion and the Technological Singularity are directly connected

I was realizing this morning that I needed to separate "The Knowledge Explosion" which refers to humans having the Internet, Smart phones and Computers and IPads and stuff like that from every age now from 3 year olds that sometimes can read but might for sure to be able to run videos through their own personal IPad years ahead of when they might be given IPhones or another type of smartphone. I wrote the following article about the Technological Singularity before this with a word button on the next like encircled in black like Chrome tends to do:

But, maybe the important thing here is to see how universal knowledge can be worldwide. For example, sometimes everyone speaking the same language basically know certain basic things like: who is president of the U.S., what is basically happening on earth and maybe basic actors and actresses and the movies they might be in, and then by age group "who is the most famous singer of your age group?"

But, the point is Knowledge is universal. For example, the other day I told my youngest daughter about Sophia the Robot:

And I said to watch the episode of Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show that had Jimmy Fallon singing a Duet with Sophia the Robot.

My daughter was able to get back to me within a couple of hours and tell me that was all scripted and that Sophia is not really as spontaneous as she seems. Sophia does have Artificial intelligence. She is really really amazing. She has spoken with Angela Merkel and Will Smith and now Jimmy Fallon, she has been given the first Credit Card given to any robot. She is now a citizen of a country etc. etc. etc. So, this is a remarkable conversational robot that can sing a duet with Jimmy Fallon but: "All is not exactly as it appear to be." It has to be very scripted to work this well on TV or anywhere.

But, here's the point. She could immediately look up this event, watch it, do research on it and form and opinion on it within a few minutes to an hour. This would ALL have been impossible 10 to 20 years ago and even more impossible the further back in time you go.

So, the literal "EXPLOSION" of knowledge is just off the charts of all kinds useful and not useful knowledge depending upon the person. And in the end: "Who is to judge what is useful and what isn't useful?"

What I have found in life is that when I don't throw away ANY knowledge I eventually find some use for it at some point even if it is only a reference point that makes other knowledge more useful to me or others.

Humans are speeding up the Technological Singularity in an infinite amount of ways every moment here on earth by the way: And an Iphone is expected by the 2020 to 2025 to be way more intelligent than any single human being on earth.

Note: But this doesn't mean that they will be instinctual or intuitive any time soon unless that too is synthesized somewhere along the way. So, it always will be a mimic of actual instinct or intuition and not the genuine thing.
