A Major storm cell just hit Santa Barbara and Woolsey Fire area
A Major storm cell is presently hitting the Santa Barbara and Woolsey fire area just south of there. I don't know whether people evacuated or not or whether this triggered any mud slides. However, as you could see from last article people are being warned that flash flooding could occur again at any time now until at least 5 pm today November 29th 2018 Thursday.
