Is that you cannot self regulate like most people can. You always have to be right and if anyone contradicts them there can be trouble of one sort or another. You can never be wrong about anything and some people with this type of disorder will become violent to "make sure that they are right and that they always stay right.
So, this is the danger with nuclear codes in the hands of someone with "Narcissistic Personality Disorder" of them becoming violent or actually nuking 10 million Afghans (or Iranians) off the face fo the earth.
