Why were computer programming Languages invented?

Mostly because computers are basically banks of switches which just like a light switch it can be either On or Off and that's all. Then symbolically they were called 1 for ON and zero for off each one. But, even thinking of thousands and millions of switches and trying to figure out what to do with them became too time consuming so programming languages were invented to speed up the process. In this way thousands and millions of switches could be controlled using programming systems that shortened the amount of time by creating symbolic representations of banks of millions of on/off switches in these banks of electrical switches.

For example, a program could be written where it might say something like "If this switch is on then do this" or "If this switch is off then do that". By creating symbols that make more sense to humans by combining things like Algebra combined with human words this made everything go much faster. Then as time went on there were whole layers of symbols so I suppose we could ride these layers of symbols that are all interconnected to each other like Languages up to where we are now.

For example, I'm not even programming in any computer language directly when I write this. Instead I am using an auto-encoder which makes the computer itself write the HTML code for this page. Instead I'm just typing this information for you and allowing the Auto-encoder to do the actual programming. This saves me about 90% of my time because I used to program previous blog sites including the one at geocities from 1999 up until 2007 when geocities ended and I had to program somewhat my dragonofcompassion.com site too even though it was somewhat auto-encoded as well as this site. So, whenever possible I choose to use the multi-layer programming built into an auto-encoder simply because it takes so much less time and study to do it this way.

But, I do know how to program in HTML but I wouldn't say I'm an expert at it. But, I have studied computers and computer programming on my own since around 1966 when I entered college and learned to program in COBOL and FORTRAN. Later I learned (I taught myself the Basic Language) and later still in the 1990s I took a Yahoo.com page and experimented with it in HTML to learn how HTML worked. At that time in Windows 95 you could grab a page fairly easily and save it and experiment with it to see how it all worked. It is much harder now because of hackers around the world. So, more safeguards are there to prevent people from learning how to program than in the 1990s. However, this also makes users more victims of these systems than ever before too.

So, if you are not a programmer you tend to be more of a victim of programming every single day from all your devices. And even if you are a programmer you aren't going to know everything because militaries of the world are involved in more and more insidious ways to track everyone than ever before.

When will this all stop? Maybe if there is a big enough "Carrington Event" it will temporarily or permanently end all magnetic media worldwide. It is inevitable actually to happen to at least the 1/2 of the world facing the sun when this happens. If you study the "Carrington Event" you will learn what I'm talking about.
