You don't need an army to conquer a world like Earth: All you need is one time traveler properly trained

I wouldn't say earth is conquered either. It is a galactic Social Experiment more than anything else and it is a known Galactic Park sort of like Yellowstone or Yosemite National Park and we are the deer or the Bears or something like that that beings of all sorts come to see. So, it's likely we are being thinned out like countless times before through pandemics and plagues to keep the populations under control so we don't extinct too much other wildlife here.

From my point of view this is more what is actually going on than anything else.

So, if there is a Deep state it likely would be the Galactic Forest Rangers of Galactic Park Earth culling the herds of humans and any other out of control species on earth right now.

So, there is no war and people who make war on the Galaxy are never born.

So, we all live only by God's Grace.

There is no war against the deep state because it mostly isn't even on earth or from earth at all.
