Why?
Because of anyone learns your banking passwords for online banking they can steal all your money and then the bank isn't liable for any of your losses financially.
This is why I never do ANY online banking. This way the bank is liable for any losses of money that I put in the bank.
If ANYONE gets your online banking passwords they can completely clean out any accounts that share the same passwords and the banks are NOT liable for any of your losses.
