What I found interesting about the Golden Child is that it was filmed partly in Kathmandu where I spent at least a month or more with my family during our 4 months in India, Nepal, Thailand and Japan from December 1985 until April of 1986. We also brought a Tibetan Lama and his translator back with us who was from Darjeeling, India from a Tibetan Family there. Many Tibetans live in India and Nepal because often they aren't free to worship their religion in Tibet without death or persecution. So, I met hundreds if not thousands of them in Bodhagay, India and Dharamshala India specifically but also all over Nepal and India during the 4 months we were over there traveling around (my family and I). The children were between 10 and 14 years of age and so we home schooled them as we traveled. They were used to this as they had been home schooled from 1980 to early 1985 when we moved nearer to San Francisco and bought another business.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
