It appears that if they only have one charge against the president of Incitement of Insurrection they don't have to have a debate in the House and can vote on this one charge on Monday and then it will be sent to the Senate on Tuesday. However, if McConnell doesn't want to convict the president or deal with it then it will be voted on by the Senate after January 20th 2021 when Biden and the new Senate Democratic Majority is in power.
