When you learn this it will lengthen your life considerably. Why? Because panic is the main cause of death for people over 50. So, when you learn this you realize how very important it is to find a way to remain calm when near death experiences occur. First of all, what is important here is to be very pragmatic and factual and sort of seeing your life as a science experiment maybe. So, you are very observational and acute in realizing what is happening to you.
For example, I got up to check something at the property we were staying on this week in Mt. Shasta at about 3700Feet but I live normally at sea level and the land sort of came up to meet me and I stumbled back to where my wife was and laid on the carpet near her where it was warm inside because outside it was in the 30s or low 40s. So, I didn't want to freeze alone outside so I staggered inside to be with my wife who could help me. I likely didn't eat early enough or take my medicines on time which likely caused this situation because I have CHF. People can live to 90 or 100 with this condition or more but they have to be careful and be on the right medicines. Some of the medicines that can be helpful are Furosemide (Lasix) and Potassium (to counter the potassium draining qualities of furosemide so you can stay alive beyond 2 weeks.
Another miracle drug is Entresto which can be expensive if you are not on Medicare (over 65). I think if you are not on medicare it is around 600 dollars a month. Another drug that helps your heart build new capillaries and be stronger ongoing is Beta Blockers. The one I personally would recommend would be Metroprolol which was invented in 1967 I believe. In 1998 and 1999 during that time I almost died from a heart virus they gave me a beta blocker but not the one I mentioned and it made me want to kill myself for 2 weeks that I was on the other one. But, metroprolol which I just discovered over 20 years later doesn't intuitively lobotomize me like the other one did. So, 20 years later I finally discovered this.
Also, recently I discovered I'm not supposed to grind up the potassium huge pills and have them with apple sauce (so I don't choke on the powder dust of Potassium) because they are set up to slowly release into your body. But, I'm still having trouble with getting this part right. Because I already ground up potassium for at least 2 years so far and my body got used to me doing this.
I found last night one of the symptoms of potassium depletion is a feeling of fear from the cells of your body because they are running out of potassium. So, if you have CHF and have an unknown cause of fear symptoms it is your cells telling you they don't have enough potassium to survive much longer.
If you can manage not taking any medicines and live to old age it's a lot better but most people by 65 are having to take all sorts of medications.
My first medication I had to take regularly in the 2000s was Armour Thyroid and this was caused by having giardia in 1985 and 1986 in India and Nepal while I was there with my family. What happens is the protazoa in giardia usually isn't fatal but you will get very skinny if you have the variety they have in Asia especially in India. At one point then I was extremely skinny when I returned to the U.S. and saw black spots before my eyes. A Foreign disease Specialist in the San Francisco Area told us that the Asian Giardia would naturally slough off within 6 months time because medicines likely could destroy the livers of our children and wouldn't help us either and since we had already left Asia the giardia would naturally slough off over time which did happen.
However, the long term consequences of this was it eventually affected my thyroid glands. I had a nurse practitioner in Aryuvedic Medicine tell me that this is why so many people in India are skinny because Giardia is somewhat endemic there because of polluted water.
So, if you go there often you need to either bring your own water from the U.S. or boil whatever water you drink for at least 5 minutes to kill the giardia Protazoa in water in various places in India. This could have changed a lot, however, because I went there in 1985 an 1986 with my family to Thailand, India and Nepal during about a 5 month period.
My wife only takes a single pain killer for back and leg pain at 65 and my best friend only takes B12 Sublinguals as a medicine.
Anyone over 40 or 50 needs to either be getting B12 shots regularly or taking sublingual (under the tongue) B12 which helps prevent senile dementia or Alzheimers because many people's stomachs can no longer process B vitamins after 40 or 50 which causes dementia because without B12 your brain cannot work properly.
