Though it is horrific that 11 million people might now be evicted and put out on the streets:

It would also be logical to assume that 1 1/2 years of eviction moratoriums cannot continue forever unless you also want All small apartment owners to go bankrupt too.

The question is "How many people have gone bankrupt because they couldn't pay their mortgages or bills already because of the eviction moratorium who owned the apartments that could not have the tenants evicted for non-payment with some not paying for 1 1/2 years time?"

Obviously, something like this cannot be sustained forever because of these realities.

It's true 11 million people shouldn't be thrown out on the streets. However, don't apartment building owners have rights to not go bankrupt or starve too?

The other problem is this is likely money that no apartment building owners can recoup and it will be a permanent loss that they can never receive monies for. So, these losses are causing more problems down the line already for landlords nationwide.
