When was Saint Germain given the Green Sphere that can instantly go to any time or space?

 It is a technology developed here on earth I believe (possibly) but it is 1 million years in advance of anything we presently have because it is from 1 million years into the future of earth itself. So, imagine a technology as far in advance of computers today as today is from cavemen.

According to Saint Germain, Jonathan Flow becomes Meridian (Eridian) and the name Meridian is like the Equator in that it encircles the Earth completely. So, Meridian is eventually the protector of earth like His Oneness of Earth is presently on behalf of the Galactic Government. Galactic Park Earth is a Galactic Protectorate specifically because of what happened to Maldek which is now the asteroid belt out past Mars.

When Maldek was destroyed by a nuclear civil war at the time the dinosaurs died a piece of the planet as an asteroid when it flew apart came to earth and killed all the larger dinosaurs. I'm thinking this was on purpose by the survivors on spaceships and the survivors on Mars after the Maldek disaster blew off most of the atmosphere on Mars so people had to live underground. So, they maybe sent an asteroid to earth to kill off the larger dinosaurs so the survivors of Maldek and Mars could live here on earth more safely.

The Green sphere, from my point of view is a technology that evolves from present earth technology in the present time. The Blue Sphere that his Oneness asks for from Meridian from 1 million years into the future is a sister ship to the Green Sphere. It doesn't matter what time or space it can travel there instantly always even to visit the Galactic Sentience in the middle of the Galaxy near the Black Hole there.

However, it is a secret what powers it at present and likely always will be. So, even I don't know what powers the Green Sphere or Blue Sphere.

Saint Germain was given this ship by Eridian (Meridian) after he trained Arcane as a spiritual Soldier of Earth and sent him out to save his planet New Deva from Ruin. This was how Arcane as Saint Germain defeated Tech Noir on the planet Isfahel when New Deva and Isfahel were at war.
