If you are not familiar with the word Conscripts it basically means young soldiers were drafted like our boys who died in Viet Nam in the 1960s and 1970s

 For example, one of the first groups who were sent into Ukraine were boys with no training at all on their first outing as soldiers with no training. They were told they were going on a training mission and not told they were going into a war with no training whatsoever beyond learning to ride on or in tanks or military trucks or other vehicles. Theses are young draftees with no training then they were sent into Ukraine with no food or diesel for their vehicles. So, many surrendered so they didn't starve to death. Now, I'm not sure they are being dealt with as well as they were because of the bombings of so many hospitals and churches and civilian areas because people are pretty pissed at this point and not as forgiving as when the first non-trained draftees about 19 years old were sent in to starve without any food in Ukraine.
