My wife says: "I succeed" and I say "I survive" which likely makes us a good couple ongoing that will both succeed and survive

My wife has an entirely different skill set than I do. I'm not afraid of physical things mostly because I'm 6 foot 5 inches. I don't tend to be afraid of death either because I see what is coming for us all because I don't see birth as a beginning or death as an end. Instead I see continuity for billions of years of the existence of all our souls. In this way death is not real any more real than getting out of your car and buying a new car is to drive in. So, our bodies are a lot like the cars we drive or trucks we drive every day.

My wife has 3 degrees including a master's degree in business which is very helpful at this point in our lives and always has been since we got married in 1995.

My experiences make me more pragmatic in some ways and more of a physical and psychological protector of the family. In her own way my wife protects me too but in a completely different way.

So, we take care of each other. I also see quite clearly why Married men live much longer than single men do because I see how I would have died at around 45 or 50 if I hadn't gotten together with my present wife. This also has helped all my 3 biological children and our adopted daughter and our God Daughter too in doing better in life.

By Choosing to stay alive for my wife and children and friends I have been able to continue to help people in unbelievable ways the last almost 30 years of my life now.

I started praying for the Leisure to Practice around 1980 when I found out it was a real thing in Tibetan Buddhism. I also studied how in Thailand people often after they raise their children go back to being Buddhist monks again wearing yellow or golden robes the rest of their lives.

The point is if you want to live and pray for mankind you can pray for this blessing of helping others like I did from 1980 until I almost died in 1998. I was surprised when the angels came to me as I believed I was dying in fall of 1998 and surrounded me and said, "You aren't going to die! Your life will get better now!"

And they were right! This was September or October of 1998 and I was over my heart virus by May of 1999 but I had been forced to retire or I would have died.

"It's interesting how God answers our prayers, Isn't it?"

By God's Grace
