 IF you understand the full dynamics of Palm Springs, it's where the rich go to in the winter to play golf because the temperatures are often 65 to 80 in the winter time there during the day.

I'm thinking that Phoenix is going to be like this for more and more people now. Only the poorer working people or the retired usually stay in places like Palm Springs during the summers simply because it's just too hot to be pleasant enough to stay there in the summers.
