Yes. I believe this to be true. Is what I write correct about him? You would have to ask him to be sure. However, what I do know is that I was asked to write about him and I think I was trained to write like I do about him. One interesting thing is that I began writing about Arcane (Saint Germain) shortly (within a few months) after I received a Tibetan Buddhist initiation in Ashland, Oregon above where the Green Leaf Restaurant is now around 1980 or 1981. After this experience I found a lot of things in my life changed for the better.
The experience was of walking to my seat at the initiation and being two places at the same time. On one level I was aware of walking to my seat but on another level I was in a loincloth and it was over 100 or more years ago in Nepal or Tibet and the flowers were out and the same Tibetan Lama was my teacher then too. I was I believe a Cave Yogi who meditated in Caves to learn how to levitate around the Himalayan region then. So, I'm thinking this was around 1860 to 1870 because in that lifetime I lived until around 1930 after being born in the 1840s in the Himalayan region then. I lived as an older man in India and was a Guru or Spiritual Teacher there. But, from around 1860 I traveled by levitation usually at night around the Himalayas because I didn't want to make the simple common people have heart attacks if they saw me levitating around during the day time.
When I returned to Rewalsar, India which the Tibetans also call "Tsopema" named after Padmasambhava which means "Lotus Born") and Pema is an endearing name for Padmasambhava to brought Buddhism to Tibet and King Trisongdetsun at that time too from Nalanda Buddhist University then. When I visited Rewalsar which is a Padmasambhava holy place where he taught mandarava, who was a princess then in that area of India which is at around 4400 feet elevation near the town of
Mandi, India.
