Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Whenever you do something with no real thought as to the results it is usually a bad thing. Often what Trump or Musk do have not been thought out enough and just harm people. Releasing this much water with no real purpose just makes people not have enough water in summer and fall wherever they live around the state. Water in dams is there for a reason. It's there to get us through the summer and fall when there often is no rain at all here in California. It's not summer or fall right now and how many people won't have water when they need it in California because of Trump's not well thought out order to release the water in dams?
