Flame Speaks: One of the reasons why Kanaloa exists in Hawaiian Culture is that I made the Hawaiian Islands my home after saving the remnants of people who survived Maldek. I visited some of the Hawaiian People over the years and they gave me the name of Kanaloa. However, there is much more to this story than is useful to write about here.
My family came with me along with my son who you call "Blue Flame" as well as my wife and children and grandchildren. The area here was perfect for us to live in an better than any planet we found before while traveling space. Though we were okay on many planets our species does so much better here around the Hawaiian Islands so we came here thousands of years ago to stay. So, we were here when the Polynesians came in their twin hull boats (catamarans) to settle the islands over the years too.
Because we lived in the ocean they called us Kanaloa or (God of the Sea) which we felt honored by.
People of that era were very different in some ways than people today because they lived closer to the earth and to the sea than most people do today.
However, many people still live in the world in the old ways when they choose to still here on the Hawaiian Islands and elsewhere on earth.
People of Maldek:
65 million years ago a distress call went out to the Galactic Time Guard regarding survivors of a terrible calamity on Maldek (now the Asteroid Belt).
The wives of the politicians and their families that made it to space in the space lifeboats then were mostly hysterical except for some of the teenagers who were more capable of dealing with radical changes to their lives than most of the young and older people.
So, I was sent to Maldek to see what I could do. However, I wasn't allowed to change time back to before the planet blew up because of a law snuck through the Galactic Sentience of that time by the super religious people of that planet who didn't want time to be altered to save their planet from a permanent demise. So, they all died as a result except for those in various kinds of space ships.
I tried some things to save the planet but was stopped by the legal minds of the galaxy so I finally gave up and helped people move at first to Mars. However, the blowing up of Maldek had also destroyed the atmosphere of Mars so eventually all the Maldekians and all the Martians who survived mostly moved to earth except for the extremely rich who went back to their home worlds from before the Solar System was colonized. But very few people were rich enough to afford to do this.
However, when they were allowed to stay on Galactic National Park Earth by the Galactic Sentience then (leader of the Galaxy) I was allowed to bring my family there to live on or near the Hawaiian islands too which worked out well for us as well.
So, though we started out on earth we had been away for thousands to millions of years evolving on another water planet besides earth. However, we do much better here on earth because this is where our species evolved originally.
