In these uncertain days worldwide I believe it is important to find clarity, definitely, and inner peace if you can manage it.
There have been studies after plane crashes in remote areas of what it takes for people to survive. The people who tend to survive have some things in common. First, they have no serious injuries or they have minor injuries that can be tended to by themselves or others. Second, they take an interest in their survival. When one analyzes this objectively one could say they almost see finding a way to survive as "fun", sort of like a chess game to see if they can make it and live. They may be in psychological pain and afraid they might die but they learn quickly not to focus on that. They learn to focus on what they can do to survive and take an interest in that. They try to think up useful and creative ways to survive and in doing this often they do survive and are amazed!
Now, let us see the other people who don't tend to survive. The first kind that don't survive is obvious. Their injuries are too severe to survive without a hospital or maybe even a hospital can't save them. But the next group that don't tend to survive are people who aren't used to fending for themselves in life. They cannot function alone or in this particular group of survivors. They focus their attention on how bad the situation is or how embarrassed they are to be without food or clothes or society or whatever. So, realistically they die of embarrassment. This is really sad.
We seem to be living in times worldwide that approximate a plane crash. Without taking a creative interest in our survival we won't make it. We all know many already worldwide are dying slowly or quickly of starvation. However, if you have food, you may survive all this and be able to tell your grandchildren how you survived all this. Don't forget to tell them what you did to survive all this. They may need to know if their survival time comes too!
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
