I found the above 50 state foreclosure list and was depressed to see that California where I live has 85,420 foreclosure filings and is number 2 in the nation in ratio at one foreclosure for every 156 housing units. Nevada is the worst with Las Vegas as the worst foreclosure rate for that state.
I noticed that Vermont has the least foreclosures at 15 which creates a foreclosure rate of only one for every 20,762 housing units.
After the article it lists all the states alphabetically. The number before the state is the rate of foreclosure compared to all the other states with Nevada number one and California number 2.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
