The Ongoing Problem of Dioxin

A Chemical Conundrum: How Dangerous Is Dioxin? : NPR

To read NPR news article on Dioxin click "A Chemical" above:

Ever since Agent Orange was sprayed in Viet Nam over the DMZ during the Viet Nam War babies have been born in that area with multiple heads and more than two legs or two arms or not enough legs or arms etc. This has been and is also true for animals and reptiles and birds in this area as well.

There is presently NO safe level for Dioxin. Women who used feminine products during the 1960s and 1970s often went into Toxic Shock until a way was found to reduce dioxin content. All paper napkins to this day or toilet paper or tissue paper that is white also contains some dioxin. If it didn't it wouldn't be dyed white. So, dioxin is still used to this day for many things in our everyday use. However, it is known to be one of the most dangerous chemicals to man that there is because as I said above "There is no safe level of dioxin for any living thing on earth."
