The title is likely a very controversial statement. However, when I thought about all life forms that have muscles and neurons it IS true that they all are biochemically electrically based life forms. I added the term Plasma because I feel when we look more carefully at ALL lifeforms as we travel the universe that many likely are electrically plasma based lifeforms. For example, a human body has a magnetic field that some call an aura. The same could be said for the geodynamo earth. So, is earth a life form? Since all planets (in the solar system) are also geodynamos (except for the asteroid belt which is a planet blown up by a nuclear war), then are all the planets lifeforms? Our sun could also be considered a Solar Dynamo because it has poles too. However, it is composed of plasma and is mostly Hydrogen turning into Helium and other types of atoms while it gives off Photons and plasma magnetic bursts that sometimes affect earth too. It makes it easier for me to see the Sun sort of like a Father and mother all in one place. So, father mother sun and its planet children live in the vicinity of the solar system. And since all life forms on earth also are electrically based and since lightning is a form of plasma just like all electricity is then humans and all organisms on earth with neurons and muscles are also plasma electrically based life forms. Since plasma and electricity and magnetism are one of the bases of life on earth it stands to reason that most other life forms big and small that we become aware of also might tend to be plasma and electrically based life forms as well. They may not all have muscles or even neurons but likely everything that can move itself in any way independently will be electrically based and likely could also be said to be plasma electrically based as a lifeform.
I think what will be difficult for humans is when they run into beings (and as a soul traveler I have met a lot of these) who do not breathe air, drink water, or eat food (at least any food that beings eat on earth). When we physically meet beings who eat things like Antimatter or photons from Stars and suns, for example, I think we will be surprised. However, if a being doesn't eat food, breathe air or drink water, life spans might be a lot longer than they are for us. And would such beings be interested in communicating with us? Or would we not have enough in common to have anything to say to each other. I think it is a lot like some people feel they can communicate with plants or animals. And maybe they do. However, in communicating with the types of beings I'm talking about here possibly in comparison to them we would be like the plants or animals and they would be like the humans. So, this poses interesting questions too.
This is one of the reasons likely why the U.S. Government doesn't want to recognize publicly civilizations from other future times on earth or to recognize publicly civilizations from other planets or dimension beyond earth. And in some ways I agree with them. I think about 25% of the population of earth could handle this information and the other 75% would just completely lose it and it might end civilization as we know it and take us back to cave man days. And that is the reason why civilizations from the future or deep past of earth or from other planets or dimensions don't force the fact of their existence to be known. They don't want to spoil a really quaint place that they like to visit.
Even though the "Men in Black" series is great fun and a joke, most knowledgeable people know that this is actually likely the way things actually are. I'm looking forward to "Men In Black 3" or MIB3 coming out next month.
Most of the most serious things in life you have to laugh at first to be able to cope with the actuality of it. It has always been this way.
