However, if it's not coming from my heart in some kind of spontaneous way I can have writer's block. For example, if it was in college and I really didn't want to write about something I found it hard to do term papers if I didn't choose the subject. So, in frustration often after writing my term paper I would go write something I actually wanted to write about so the term paper didn't kill my love of writing.
It's easy to get writer's block if what you are writing about isn't something you really want to do. Or if someone is dying or in the hospital or something like that it can give you writer's block too. But, if someone is dying then write about how you feel about that and cry if you need to. Or if someone is in the hospital write about that too. Get your feelings out so you don't just keel over in a heart attack or something. Get it out so you can stay alive even if all the people around you die. Life Goes on. Stay alive for your children and your friends. Stay alive for yourself too. What's going to happen tomorrow? If all else fails I JUST ASK myself, "What interesting thing is going to happen tomorrow just before I go to sleep?"
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
