Elohar and Solar Powered Helicopers of the 70th Century

This, I believe is a future incarnation of my mother who passed away in 2008. I'm not asking you to believe this it is just my experience as an intuitive. As I was reading the article on Ford's Solar Powered vehicle it made me think about the Solar Powered Helicopters that are developed in the Switzerland - Italy area to be used primarily in the Alps in the 70th Century on the first time line (we presently are on the 2nd timeline of Earth). • Here are two buttons regarding the more technical aspects of the solar powered helicopters of the 70th Century. Though we presently have Kevlar that could be modified to actually build these things now, the types of electric motors and the types of see through extremely efficient solar cells haven't been developed yet. But, my thought is that these types of helicopters that are computer sentients (self piloting as well as human piloted) could be built almost exactly like I have described they are in the 70th Century by about 2020 to 2030. The likely date they could be built like I describe them is 2027. They likely would be comparable in price to an average 650CC dualsport motorcycle around then in price. 

If you built something like this now you likely would have to start with a 5 horsepower gas electric generator which would be sort of heavy and the type of electric rotor motor I'm talking about I'm not sure exists yet.
