Heavy rain bands hammering hard from Big Sur to San Francisco
Looks like from the very heavy rain bands that many inches of rain likely will fall by morning between Big Sur and San Francisco going to the North East relatively quickly but with very heavy downpours everywhere in those areas. So, likely some local flooding or flash flooding is going to occur in those areas.
