A cell phone video (if the road rage person sees you take it might get you killed). So, you are taking a risk taking these pictures. The pictures won't be useful if you don't survive this incident. So, likely if you don't have a gun that is loaded and know how to use it in your glove box or under your seat or somewhere near you, taking videos just might get you killed here in the U.S.
Also, another point. Though Restraining orders might be a good legal idea they can also get people killed. Especially, when father's are forbidden to see their children and those fathers or mothers think their children are being endangered or beat up or molested either by the other parent or an associate of the other parent.
So, restraining orders must be thought about in this light. Yes. It is true that a person with a restraining order against them is required to turn in all their firearms while the restraining order is in place. But, that isn't going to help you if that person isn't a law abiding person in the first place.
In that case if he or she doesn't turn in his or her weapons you just might be dead.
So, restraining orders are only effective if the person is not a criminal or just crazy (temporarily or permanently.)
