Netanyahu's job is to protect Israel and retired Generals there think he isn't even doing that so they are very worried about all this.

 

However, Obama has to keep the whole world from blowing up and has to set a good example for the world while trying not to let Putin start a New World War through Syria and Iran and now the Sunni Reactions to Putin and Iran which is ISIS.

 

So, of the two Obama has a much bigger job. 

 

To me, the problem is diplomacy. Diplomacy might be thought of as an acceptable way people lie to each other similar to political correctness. Everyone knows diplomacy is a lie and everyone knows Political correctness is a lie. But, if it keeps millions of people alive that would otherwise die, this is why both diplomacy and political correctness are still used.

 

However, then there are world wars like the one Putin just Started in Syria a few years ago now which is a smokescreen for his real work in Ukraine on the way to taking over all or most of Europe city by city (if he lives long enough). Also, Ukraine and ISIS is a way for him to distract people while he kills all the leadership of his opposition in Russia.
