I generally find writing to be very therapeutic but that's just me. Often when you write something you will realize as you write it or soon after that this is just for you somehow and that you are working out something in your mind better regarding some issue in your life or someone you know. Then, often you will either print out a copy of it for yourself or someone else and then just delete it from your computer (unless you are writing longhand or hand printing). Then, other times you will write something and realize that this is for a lot of people to read because it might help them. Developing this discernment is helpful because otherwise what you write just might confuse people because often each of our minds work differently even though there often is common ground if you can find it while developing your speaking or writing voice.
When writing stuff that is more involved and sophisticated it is important to have enough time to give to this endeavor when you get inspired, otherwise you will get very frustrated. So, if you get ideas that come to you try to jot down those ideas on a paper napkin or in your "notes" section of your smartphone wherever you are (like in a bathroom at work) or something like this so you don't lose these ideas.
Then when you have enough free time you can develop these ideas more. This likely would be true of physical inventions as well as ideas to write about if being an inventor is something you want to do. I find I innovate regarding physical things and technology to some degree too and always have because being innovative is how my family survived being pioneers often here in the U.S. since 1725. So, unless you are innovative often you don't survive many places on earth. So, often developing this skill will help you and your families survive ongoing on into the future.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
