As I was reading the last article it hit me: Russia is going to close the Mandeb strait to Oil tankers thereby raising the price of oil worldwide.
Here's the really crazy thing about this. If you are a worldwide multinational oil company do you give money to Russia to do this to raise the price of oil secretly even though you are a western World Company with natural loyalties to NATO?
The answer likely is: Maybe. However, if any of them did this it would have to be secretly.
But, this doesn't look good for Saudi Arabia or many other Sunni Governed countries in the region because of Russia's economic problems caused directly by the low present price of oil.
