Religions can help us or kill us. Usually both, especially if we attend a church regularly of any faith.
So, as an individual we must ask ourselves (if we want to survive our religions) "Can I survive this religion without going crazy or wanting to commit suicide?"
This is a really important point to ask yourselves.
Because if the answer to this is "No!"
Then you need to give up this religion before it causes you to self destruct.
I'm not against religions. I almost was driven to suicide by the one I grew up in too. So, I'm very compassionate regarding people realizing they cannot survive their religions.
You might think, "Oh. My religion is everything."
But, that means nothing if you are dead because of your religion.
So, asking yourself, "Can I mentally and physically survive my religion?"
might be one of the most important questions you will ever ask yourself.
And if the answer is "NO!"
Then you need to think about what you want to do about that.
Or you are just going to be crazy or dead soon.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
