Neither Citizens or Police are safe some places in U.S. now

In these places, guns, gangs and drugs usually live too. So, in these places only "The law of the jungle" prevails and nothing else really. In the last article we see this clearly.  As drugs become more prevalent and jobs become more scarce for some groups of people, some younger people will see no choice but to embark down a life of crime even though it might mean they die before 25 or 30. This is a sad commentary on ghettos in America today.
