I was watching a radar graphic of the storm (Harvey) and as of 3 am Eastern Time where I am in North Caronlina, Galveston, Houston and Austin are all being slammed by heavy heavy rainfall and all are in the most extreme rainfall of the storm as of right now. A band is hitting Victoria Texas really hard right now too.
This thing appears to be heading very slowly to the east and will go a little big out to sea and then either north of South and North Carolina or further out to sea. However, it still has it's spin like a hurricane still because it is so close to the ocean the ocean is still feeding it like a hurricane still even though I think the winds have died down below 70 mph at present. But to watch it it looks a little like a hurricane the way it is spinning still.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
