This means that in 1/2 of the states now 25 out of 50, marijuana is at least legal for medicinal purposes with a prescription from a doctor. This is a really amazing statement. I'm not sure anyone would have believed in the 1960s that this could ever happen?
I don't support recreational marijuana because I think that is a bad idea for our nation for a variety of reasons. However, as a medicine for various kinds of patients there is nothing to compare it to for some ailments. So, I'm hopeful medicinal Marijuana is available eventually in all 50 states so people don't have to suffer as much as now.
