UFOs of one kind or another have ALWAYS been here. Time Travel in a sense has ALWAYS existed too. Because whenever it was invented (in the past, present or future) of ANY galaxy it is soon here now on Earth too.
IT's just like almost any technology you might see online. The next day or two you might see someone riding down the street next to you on something you just saw yesterday on line. Time travel is like that too. Once it existed it was everywhere in every galaxy.
So, what this also means is the ONLY thing you can count on in life is your experiences. You actually had your experiences but History is subject to change in the past, present and future.
This might be the most important thing you need to know regarding so called UFOs.
