Most people's reactions to a Black Swan moment: "WTF?"
So, black swan moments cannot really ever be predicted logically. You might know something really strange is going to come out of Trump's mouth or the mouth of another Black Swan but mostly you know you are going to be lied to in some way, shape or form. Mostly black swan moments distract people from seeing the truth. It might be like someone you don't see getting shot because at that exact moment someone is hit by a car right in front of you. So, the black swan moment would be either the person being hit by a car or the person being shot that you witnessed so the one you missed would be what you were being distracted from seeing by the "Black Swan Moment".
