An easy way to understand this is to look back at your own life as a baby in the womb, then a toddler, then a 4 to 5 year old and on up. At each stage your perceptions of reality changed with new experiences both good and bad.
Well. This never really ends does it?
I often liken this to waking up one day and like a baby chick in an egg you break through out of your eggshell into a completely new and different reality with different parameters.
Many people are in denial of this but often they are drug addicts or alcoholics or people in denial of various kinds who cannot deal with the various never ending changes in their lives.
However, then there are others of us who embrace the changes and see life as an ongoing paradox full of both pleasure and pain and enlightenment. It is by accepting it all that you become enlightened. Whenever you are in denial of any of it you start to become dysfunctional.
So, periodically my experience is being like a chick in an egg breaking through another egg shell into a new and amazing and wonderful new reality.
And this appears to be never ending from a small to a larger and larger universe we all occupy. It's just that each of us is dealing with an entirely different perceptual universe than another at each and every point. We use language to make us all feel more comfortable about all the differences between us.
But, we all suffer the same things and in our suffering we understand one another and become more compassionate of each other's problems and needs, hopefully, every day we are alive.

To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
