Will driving in electric vehicles that aren't lead shielded reduce birth rates in people?

I think this is likely true over time. For example, I don't think people will start to die from riding in electric vehicles until around 2030. But, those would be children that grew up riding in Priuses and other electrics and hybrids in the 2000s and kept using electric vehicles until 2030. However, people who put cell phones up to their heads when they talk up to their ears might have the same problem which is why I never do that 99% of the time and instead put it on speakerphone or use a cell phone in my car or truck hands free instead.

But, if you don't shield the passengers and driver in your electric vehicle or hybrid from Electrical Coronas you also might be sterilizing over time your whole family just like astronauts are sterilized from going into space by the Cosmic Rays the first time they go into orbit around earth or go further.
