You never know when something you observe will save your family, city, state or country or even the world from turning into an asteroid belt. This is why "when you see something say something". You don't even have to say it out loud, you can put it on twitter, you can have your own blog site, you can put it almost anywhere online and if others agree with you they will take up the banner and run with it. So, saying something is important.
Because remember this saying: "For the want of a nail the shoe was lost, for want of a rider the horse was lost, for the want of a rider and horse and shoe and nail the nation was lost!"
So, if you see something say something. Because these are the times we are living in once again.
