When I first wrote about Arcane I had no way of knowing it was all true

It would be sort of like Writing "Star Wars" if you were George Lucas and then 20 years later realizing it was a past life experience or experiences that you just wrote about. So, since around 1998 and 1999 I realize often writers write about future, present or past life experiences literally anywhere in the universe that their soul has already experienced.

How is this possible?

Because Souls are not beings that naturally live in time and space. A good way to put it is "They either live in all time and space or no time and space at all." Since both of these are true in a way it is possible to remember all your past, present and future lifetimes simply because of the true nature of all our souls.

So, on one level being scientific and linear might help you but on the other hand it might prevent you from understanding the nature of a soul (Unless you are also studying metaphysics) at the same time which also might include the science of Soul Travel to various times and places (which each soul naturally is good at).

So, the very nature of becoming too linear is a problem in understanding the nature of your own soul.

So, maybe the point of view here that is important is that "Science is a language" and that "Metaphysic is a Language" and "Carpentry is a language" and "Travel is a language" And "The law in whatever country or state you are in is a language" and the more languages you know the more likely you will survive whatever you are going through in life.

So, although "Science is a language" it can stifle what you most need to know about life.

However, if you take the "Scientific Method" and then apply it to metaphysics, philosophy, religion, psychology, Anthropology etc. then maybe you might just have something if you are able to think in all these ways (whichever one is more useful in any given situation).

If you can find a way to apply "The Scientific Method" which breaks all concepts down into hypotheses, theories and Laws in regard to "EVERYTHING" in your lives "YOU JUST MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING THERE!"
