Google Maps says that E. Valley Road in Montecito is closed until April 2019
This is because of serious potential mud and rock slides in successive storms. This is one of the areas likely where homes were destroyed very likely to where they are not allowed to rebuild because of the new Flood plain of rocks and mud of which 75% has not come down yet in a storm. This area likely was one of those wiped out in January 2018 about 1 year ago this month.
