It goes from Humbolt county in the Northwest to
Shasta County in the North East to
Santa Barbara County in the Southwest to
Fresno County in the South east.
What I'm trying to say here is that the majority of cities in California with the exception of Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, San Bernadino County and Riverside County are supplied by P, G & E Electricity.
AND IT's Going BANKRUPT?
Where is northern California going to get electricity from?
In the north Solar power isn't always the best (in northern California) because it is more cloudy by the way especially along the coast.
Unless you are going to go with Wave Generators instead on the ocean or some other as of unknown solution.
I suppose P G & E could sell off their natural gas plants that generate steam turbines that mostly power electricity now in California.
Or maybe they are planning a Chapter 11 reorganization which would allow them to stay in business long term to reduce liabilities to almost zero. But then, the people of Paradise will get screwed along with all the other fires caused by P G & E power lines coming down in Santana Winds. (usually above 40 mph winds up to 100 mph or more).
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
