Is Trump trying to start a war with China to divert attention away from the impeachment?

Trump has always been a master over diversions and slight of hand a lot like a Bad magician who is a crook. But, even for him to start a war with China where people die just over not being impeached? Just how narcissistic is Trump anyway?
