The first one almost everyone has where you get a bad feeling in your stomach about what is happening or what is about to happen. It is always important to honor the feelings in your stomach, especially if it is so bad it makes you throw up. Because if what is coming makes you throw up it might also cost your life or someone else's life and it is a really good idea to be somewhere else if whatever is coming makes you throw up before it happens.
The next way you see the future is what is called "Deja Vu" which are usually prophetic dreams you have. The most remarkable Deja Vu I ever had was when I was 5 years old and it didn't come true until I was about 22 years old in San Diego California when I went to the Experimental College at San Diego State University and the courses name was "Universal Awareness" which was about developing your ESP whether that was knowing what others were thinking, telepathy, Astral projection and all that which was about 1970 or 1971. There were up to 200 people or more taking this course with me by the way. And to make this even more interesting I had already had my burning bush experience on Mt. Shasta which I consider to be a "Moses" kind of experience at that time. So, I had had this "Holy spirit" experience that drastically changed my life when I climbed Mt. Shasta in 1970 even before I took this "Universal Awareness" course at San Diego State at the Experimental college there. During the next year of this course and meeting Friday nights with some of the other members of this class along with the Teacher I began to consciously see auras and soul travel. I learned to sou travel partly by listening to the Moody Blues Album "IN Search of the Lost Chord" while listening to "Om" and "Thinking is the best way to travel". I also listened to "White bird in a gilded cage"
