The Santa Barbara Airport reopened at 6 am Tuesday after crews pumped the water that had turned the Airport into a lake over night. The Tornado in Lompoc I saw a picture of but luckily it didn't touch the ground and kill anyone. The 10.37 inches of rain at San Marcos pass helped close highway 101 especially because of underpasses that filled with water. But, I think 101 has reopened after work crews also pumped the water out of underpasses filled with water and gathering stuck and flooded cars. So, mostly things are beginning to get back to more normal. However, it was strange to see movies of the palm trees in the ocean washed down by Atmospheric Rivers, rising sea levels combined with high tides and over 10 feet tall waves this week too. This happened at Refugio Beach which I think is a California State Park. The last rain until Sunday or Monday was last night.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
