I grew up a natural Scientist because of my father being an Electrical Contractor. He and his father who was Also an Electrical Contractor both thought Nicola Tesla who invented Alternating Current, Fluorescent Lighting, Tesla coils and electrically creating the earth itself to be an electrical source Amazing. So, this sort of led to me being more interested in my Science Classes than anything else in school but writing stories by the time I was 9 years old.
However, about this same time I thought people in all religions were kind of nuts. I couldn't understand why (at that point) people acted so crazy all the time. So, I just started thinking about most people in religions as sort of insane. However, I had not come up against puberty or a serious illness yet. So, I didn't know yet why people were so very afraid and terrified in a variety of ways because I had both parents, a good life, always had a bicycle from age 5 with the freedom after that to ride almost anywhere I wanted to around whatever area I lived in.
When I became 10 this changed: the first thing was that I started having childhood epilepsy from a blunt trauma blow to the back of my head. (But I didn't know the cause then). So, in desperation I became religious in order to survive this near death time in my life. As a result I came to know God and invited God to live in my body with me which he did. This changed everything in my life at 15 because most people aren't forced by life to do this by age 15. So, I had been powerful gifted before but now I was "Manifestly gifted" which is an entirely different thing. It would be the difference between a race car parked at the curb or going 200 miles per hour. The second being manifesting your gifts 24 hours a day.
However, now I had a problem which might not be a problem most people have. I realized that the way I was religious didn't really work scientifically or mechanically with "Manifesting from God" 24 hours a day and I was afraid. By my 20s I began to realize it had something to do with "Dualism". However, becoming non-dualistic sort of scared me because it didn't fit in with my upbringing. This all changed when I became around 32 and was empowered by my first Tibetan Lama in Ashland, Oregon. This scientifically interfaced much of what I had been doing all along. I realized that to manifest 24 hours a day for me at least it was more scientificaly effective and efficient to be non-dualistic in the way one sees things.
I saw that scientifically speaking it didn't matter theoretically whether one believed in God or not even though this worked for me quite well. I realized that what mattered the most was that someone had compassion for themselves and all life in the universe. And that Science fits perfectly with Tibetan Buddhism for me. In fact, even though I am attracted to Tibetan Buddhism, most forms of Buddhism in general are much more compatible with someone who is college educated simply because often people through being rational don't believe in God. But, as a human being people need something to believe in and if they can just get to compassion for themselves and all mankind and learn to act on this, full enlightenment is possible in one lifetime.
What is enlightenment? Enlightenment for me is about experiencing a oneness with the whole universe and all time and space while having compassion for all life in the universe. Since, for me, as an intuitive everything is alive even the air we breathe and the water we drink, being in a state of compassion and love for all life always is a very desirable state to be in and causes by itself enlightenment to occur often.
However, combining Science, philosophy and spiritual growth in the form of enlightenment is sort of like marrying the right person and staying happily together the rest of your lives together. It isn't easy. But, it can be done one step at a time, one day one moment at a time.
Believing in compassion, the universe, science, helping others and yourself whenever possible you slowly and quickly move forward and move through amazing realizations one by one into your own custom form of enlightenment as time moves forward.
For example, when I started out working towards my own enlightenment I thought it was something different than I am experiencing now. I had no idea what God (The Universe) had in store for me. I am pleasantly surprised every day now with my life. Of course some days are harder than others but today I am experiencing the full bliss of years moving towards enlightenment and I am eternally grateful for the life God has given me.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
