Will Obamacare Succeed?
I think this is a difficult question to directly answer. However, if you study Social Security History and Medicare History on Wikipedia you might have part of the answer. I think in states like California Obamacare is already succeeding. However, in states like Texas it might not. So, the best answer likely would be Obamacare is already succeeding in California and you will have to decide on a state to state basis. And I think there are only 11 states or 14 (something like that) that it needs to work in to be successful and California (because of the sheer number of people living there is one of these).
