If you look carefully at the oil price which is running around 93 dollars a barrel this is not good news for the economy of Russia because 40% to 50% of the government is run on oil prices. And when oil goes below 100 dollars barrel it is very hard on the Russian Government trying to keep the country out of a recession or depression.
