Both China and the Philippines have reported Ebola Outbreaks
However, this map below combines both humans and animals so it isn't completely clear to me whether the Ebola outbreaks are JUST in animals or whether there is a crossover between animals and humans. See the red indications on the maps of China and the Philippines. I see the Blue in the Philippines and in China. But, is that just animals getting Ebola or are there human cases too? This isn't clearly represented in this graph.
