Recent President Bush says brother 50-50 on running for President

We have all heard this kind of thing before and what this usually actually means is that there is a 75% to 80% chance of Jeb Bush running for President. I think this is a realistic thing to say after Jeb Bush was Governor of Florida. Likely the only two things that might stop this run is family needs and health or votes.
