It was reported on CNN news that if it is proven to be true that this was an ISIS bomb that brought down the Russian plane over the Sinai that this likely will be the biggest single terrorist event since 9-11.
I suppose this is very debatable, but for Russia likely at least, this is their 9-11 kind of event if it is proven true.
