Because there is a statute of limitations on evidence none of the women filed charges with any evidence when and if they had evidence. So, at this point it is ONLY he said she said which has no weight either way in court.
So, likely he can countersue and win against these women in a suit because they have no evidence to the contrary besides their word which is not admissable in court. So, likely he could win a defamation of charactor suit and thereby win to force them to stop making accusations against him since they presently have no evidence nor will they in the future.
NO matter how anyone feels about this, this is the legal justice system in the U.S.
The evidence they would need to convict him would be semen at the time of their supposed rapes that could be incontrovertibly be traced back to him through DNA testing.
